QuARTS - (Qualification and Registration Tracking System) is a bilingual web-based system that allows building practitioners, including building officials and designers, to apply for examinations and file their qualification information with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. QuARTS also allows the public to access a registry of building practitioners and organizations (firms and municipalities) in order to verify their qualification information.
